We're a super small mom and pop shop made up of Bethie Hohe (mom) and Austin Hohe (pop). While I, do most of the designing, ordering, and printing, he takes care of the website, getting the tools we need, and my overall sanity. We love each other very much and can't wait to share our products with you!

Return Policy

I want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 15 days from the date of pickup/delivery. To be eligible for a return, please make sure the item is in its original condition, and hasn't been damaged (except for shipping mishaps, of course!). I understand that returning an item can be a hassle, so if your item was delivered, I'll take care of the return shipping costs if the item was damaged during delivery. Just let me know within 48 hours of receiving the package. To start the return process, reach out to me via our website or by email. Give me your order number, a quick description of the item, and why you want to return it. As soon as I receive the item and make sure it meets my return criteria, I'll process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that any applicable shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. If, for some reason, the item doesn't meet the return criteria, I'll get in touch with you to discuss the next steps. I want to make sure you're taken care of!
